1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TaxPathEdge and the clients of our bookkeeping and accounting services, business consulting and practice offerings. They apply to all bookkeeping programs, analyses, consulting services and practice services in the field of business development and accounting excellence. By commissioning our services or concluding a consulting contract, you agree to these conditions.

2. Services and Contract Conclusion

TaxPathEdge offers are non-binding. Orders for bookkeeping services are only considered accepted after written confirmation by TaxPathEdge. The contract comes into effect upon receipt of confirmation by the client or upon commencement of service provision by TaxPathEdge. For the creation of precise bookkeeping programs, we need complete and correct information from the client.

3. Service Description

Our services include the creation of bookkeeping programs and accounting plans, business analyses, individual accounting consulting and business development solutions. The exact service description results from the respective order confirmation or consulting contract. The methods, timeframes and content described in our materials and on the website serve as guidance and can be adapted to optimally meet individual business needs and to take into account current changes in accounting practices.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for bookkeeping and consulting services is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice without deduction, unless other payment modalities have been agreed. For long-term support or extensive accounting projects, individual payment plans can be agreed. Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods indicated on the website. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to charge default interest at the statutory rate and to withdraw from the contract.

5. Refund Policy

At TaxPathEdge, we place great value on customer satisfaction and fair business practices in providing bookkeeping services. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to transparency and responsibility:

  • Cancellation by the Client:
    • Up to 14 days before the start of bookkeeping work: 85% refund of fees paid
    • 7-13 days before: 45% refund of bookkeeping fees
    • Less than 7 days before: No refund possible due to preparatory work already performed
    • After starting work on your business matters: No refund, as significant resources have already been deployed
  • Quality Guarantee:
    • If we demonstrably make errors in your business documents, we commit to free correction and take responsibility for any consequential costs that arise from our errors.
    • In case of demonstrably deficient quality of our bookkeeping services, we refund up to 100% of the fees paid depending on the extent and nature of the deficiencies.
  • Return Policy:
    • If you are not satisfied with our bookkeeping services, you can request a partial refund within 30 days after completion of the work.
    • We review each request individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
    • Refunds are only granted for services not yet provided.

6. Execution and Quality of Spiritual Practice Services

TaxPathEdge conducts all bookkeeping and consulting services with the highest professionalism, care and expertise. We reserve the right to make content adjustments to optimally meet the individual business needs of clients and to take into account current developments in accounting practices. For individual consulting appointments, a free rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the agreed time. The quality of our bookkeeping programs is helpd through multiple internal reviews.

7. Liability and Cooperation Obligation

TaxPathEdge works according to recognized methods of bookkeeping and business consulting. However, the quality and accuracy of our bookkeeping programs depends significantly on the completeness and correctness of the information provided by the client. The client is obliged to provide all information relevant to the bookkeeping completely and truthfully. TaxPathEdge is not liable for errors or inaccuracies in the bookkeeping programs that are due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

TaxPathEdge commits to absolute confidentiality regarding all personal and business information disclosed during bookkeeping work. All employees are subject to strict confidentiality agreements. The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. 9. Copyright and Use of Practice Materials

All practice materials, analyses and consulting materials created by TaxPathEdge are copyright protected. They are provided to the client exclusively for business use within the scope of their accounting affairs. Any transfer to third parties, except to accounting organizations and other authorized bodies, requires prior written consent from TaxPathEdge. The client acknowledges that the methods, templates and analysis tools developed by us remain our intellectual property.

10. Spiritual Practice Changes

Accounting practices are subject to constant changes and adjustments. TaxPathEdge strives to always work according to the latest practices and standards and to inform clients about relevant changes. However, we cannot guarantee the long-term validity of our accounting consulting or the immutability of the legal framework conditions. It is the responsibility of the client to inform themselves about significant changes in accounting practices that occur after completion of our services.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Singapore law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of TaxPathEdge in Singapore.
